The following checklist is provided to assist all volunteers in the event
preparations.  Preparing in advance allows you, to concentrate on enjoying
the event and maximizing your participation.  It also enhances the existing
professional image we enjoy.  

[Pre-Event Preparations]: 

___  01.  Does your oil need changing?    
___  02.  Is your windshield clean?  
___  03.  Do you know the radio frequencies to be used?  
___  04.  Printed the Event Information Record for the event?  


[Pre-Arrival Checklist]: 
___  01.  Is your fuel tank full?  
___  02.  Have you checked your tire pressure?  
___  03.  Do you have directions to the event BEFORE you depart?
___  04.  Are the event frequencies programmed into your radio?  


[Post-Event Activities]: 

___  01.  Repair any damaged/defective equipment after the event.
