MARC Newsletters
Many people have asked that the
MARC Newsletter be distributed via the web or through email. The
problem with distribution via email is that the newsletter is normally a
fairly large file. Those of you that have attempted to
distribute large files in email have found that most systems have a hard
limit of 10MB, so if you take a 5MB file and put in an email to three
people the size becomes 15MB and it fails. MARC has quite a few
more members than 3 so this limit becomes a very serious
impediment. In order to get past
that limitation the MARC board is proud to announce that the newsletters
will be available through download here on the MARC website.
In order to view the newsletters you
will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your
computer.
